Where to find us
Enhand STEM & Simulation
Electro Kraken is the perfect tool for anyone interested in circuit design. Our app allows you to simulate 3D circuits, giving you an accurate representation of your design. But that's not all - our app also simulates its surroundings, giving you an even more accurate view of your circuit. We have developed a system that is able to simulate the electric characteristics of different materials, including tolerances and act more like real life. Whether you're a student, hobbyist or professional, our app has everything you need to design and test your circuits.
Building Accuracy where it matters
The heart of our app is about simulating real life and how your circuit will behave in real life. We have done this by introducing tolerances, replicating the resistance of different materials, and simulating the characteristics of IC as it should be on the data sheet by simulating each transistor in that component, some of our components will simulate up to 200 transistors as if they existed in real life.
This comes with a caveat: our components have tolerances just like in real life, we can't all afford laser-trimmed components with 1% accuracy, so most of us go for the 5%. So when your voltage divider with two 100 Ohm resistors doesn't output half rail, just remember it never will in real life!
TTL Simulation
TLL (Transistor to Transistor) Simulation. A lot of components such as integrated circuits have digital logic that can replicated easily in code and simulated "in code". We don't like this so we never use code logic to replicate components in our simulation. This comes with a more accurate simulation but can sometimes give unexpected results unless you know what to expect. IC such as 7805 will output between 4.8V to 5.2V per the data sheet, unlike code logic simulation that will output a constant 5. This is because surrounding logic will affect the IC simulation more acutely than real life TLL.
KRAKEN-SPICE Simulation API
Kraken Spice was started as a project in 2015 and over the last couple of years Kraken Spice has grown to be a powerful STEM and circuit simulation API. Kraken Spice is a powerful situation toolkit that powers our application. The API is built to simulate materials and built to simulate the dielectric properties of those materials. This builds a stronger foundation for a more actuator simulation as we are able to simulate the electric characteristics as it passes from component to component.
